Get an All-In Cruise QuoteThe Best All Inclusive Cruises, Line by Line
There is no single list of the best all inclusive cruises, because “best” depends on what you want included. Here is what several lines publish about their fares, grouped by type, so you can match the inclusions to how you travel.
Inclusions change. Lines revise what their fares include, sometimes by market and fare type. We describe what each line publishes at the time of writing; always confirm the inclusions on your own quote before you book.

Mainstream Lines With Bundled Fares
Some large lines offer a bundled fare alongside the standard one. Celebrity Cruises sells an “All Included” fare that bundles a classic drinks package and Wi-Fi; whether tips are part of it has varied by market and date, so check your quote. Norwegian Cruise Line’s More At Sea bundles an open bar package, specialty dining meals, Wi-Fi time and shore excursion credit, with amounts that depend on the length of the sailing. Other mainstream lines sell drinks, Wi-Fi and dining as separate packages.

Best All-Inclusive Cruises: Questions
Which line is the most all-inclusive?
Among the lines here, Regent Seven Seas includes the widest range in its standard fare, adding unlimited shore excursions to drinks, dining, Wi-Fi and gratuities. Whether it is “best” depends on whether you want that range.
Is there an all-inclusive cruise for families?
Most luxury all-inclusive lines are aimed at adults. Families usually do better with a mainstream line and selected packages, or a bundled fare where available.
